(1) After I input "Username" and "Password" in the login box and press "Submit", I see a "Login Error" message, why?
(1) Please confirm your "Username" and "Password" were inputted correctly.
(2) If you forget the "Password", please contact our Customer Service Hotline.

(2) I checked "Popup Window" version in the login box, but I cannot see any window popup, why?
This may happen to some mainland china users who browse mainland website frequently, some website may automatically install "Popup Ad blocker" applications which stop the popup of advertisement browser windows. Please follow the instructions below:
(1) Please check if you have installed similar applications and close the application.
(2) Do not check the "Popup Window" in you next login.

(3) After login, I see a "Security Warning" dialog, what should I do?
(1) Please click "Yes"; or if you click "No", the login process will be terminated and you will need to close all browsers and re-login again.

(4) I can see the "QuotePower-Web" service in the title bar, but cannot see the application, why?

Please check against your computer system as follows:
(1) Did you install Java Virtual Machine (Sun)? If not, please install Sun Java VM.
(2) Did you correctly enable one of the Java Virtual Machine (Java VM) in your browser? Click here to learn how to enable Java VM.
(3) Do you have enough Cache Memory to use the application? Click here to learn how to clear the cache and re-login.
(4) Are you using a stable connection? If you are using 56kbps modem, please wait a little longer. Normally, the application could be loaded within 3 minutes.

(5) I can see a small "Console - QuotePower-Web" dialog when loading QuotePower Service, but it keep on trying the connection, why?

QuotePower Service will use 3 alternative methods to connect to your computer until a connection is established successfully.
(1) Direct connection
(2) Firewall only
(3) Use proxies
If you still cannot connect successfully and after many retries, please follow the instructions below and try again:
(1) Please confirm if you have successfully connected to your ISP. Your computer may have hang due to poor connection bandwidth of the ISP. Try reboot your computer, reconnect to the ISP and login QuotePower Service again.
(2) If you are using Proxy Server or Firewall, you will need to open the TCP Port 8044.
(3) Please try Test Your Connection to diagnose your connection to our servers.
