Do you offer REAL-TIME quotes?

YES. Our product 'QuotePower-Web FX' (QP-Web) provides real-time quotes and news via Internet connections.

How can I contact your customer service?

Will the financial information be updated itself or do I need to press a button from time to time to update the data?
The financial information is updated automatically using data streaming. During trading hours, you will see blue, red, or green lights flashing that represent price increase, price decrease, or price unchanged respectively. You do not need to press any button to refresh the information.
Where does your real-time data come from?
Our Foreign Exchange and World Indices are provided by ComStock feed. Dow Jones' Worldwide Financial News are provided by Dow Jones Newswires.
Is the financial information in Chinese?
We offer both English and Chinese versions for QuotePower-Web FX.
Why can't I enlarge the quotation screen?

If your windows' resolution is 1024 x 768, you cannot enlarge the quotation screen even you press the "Maximize" button. It is recommended that you should adjust your windows' resolution to 800 x 600 :"My Computer" -> "Control Panel" -> "Display" -> "Setting" -> "Screen Area" -> 800 x 600.

How can I access QuotePower-Web FX or is installation needed?

You can access QuotePower-Web FX service by our Browser Version (login via a browser).

To enjoy all the advanced features of QuotePower-Web FX, your browser should be Netscape 4.5 or above or Internet Explorer 5.01 or above to operate properly. If it is the first time you use this service, you will experience a download time of around 3-5 minutes.

What is the minimum requirement for my PC to use your service?

It should be Pentium II 200MHz or above (or equivalent) and with at least 128MB of RAM.

How can I subscribe to your QuotePower-Web FX service?

You can subscribe either via the Internet, by fax or by visiting our main office: 2/F, Jade Mansion, 40 Waterloo Road, Yau Ma Tei.

To subscribe via the Internet, simply go to Online Subscribe and follow the subscription procedures. During the process, you need to fill out the form, read and agree to the terms and conditions. Once you have pressed the 'Confirm' button, your subscription will be accepted and your subscription ID will be shown on the screen. You will receive an e-mail immediately, which confirms your username and password.

You can download the subscription form or call our Customer Service Hotline at (852) 2111 7772 to obtain the form. Our Customer Service Staff will process your subscription once we receive your form. You will later receive a confirmation of your username and password by your choice of fax or e-mail within 1 business days.

Can I change my username and password?

You are free to change your password anytime after you login, however, your username cannot be changed. Therefore, please choose the best username that you want when you subscribe.

Can I come to your office to see the demonstration before I subscribe?
You could go to our QuotePower-Web FX demonstration from our website, simply click on the different features in the demo which provides you a clearer picture. Should you be interested in the 'live/real-time' demonstration, you are welcome to visit our local retail office.
Do you offer manual to show me how to use QuotePower-Web FX?

The user interface design of QuotePower-Web FX is made to be very user-friendly and we believe a detail manual is not needed. However, we do provide a descriptive tour which introduces you to the different features in QuotePower-Web FX. Please click here to learn more about QuotePower-Web FX.

Do you offer suspension service?
Since all subscribers can access our service through internet all over the world even on vocation leave or business trip, we don't offer suspension service right now.
How can I pay for your service?

You can pay either by credit card or cheque. For credit card payment, we'll charge your card automatically every month upon your expiry date For cheque payment, we only take 3-MONTH, 6-MONTH or 12-MONTH payment cheques according to your service period. If you use online subscription (as supposed to subscription by fax or by post), you can only pay by credit card.

What should I do if I want to terminate your service?
Firstly, we need a written notice from you which you may send to us by fax or by post. You will then be contacted by our customer service representatives and later receive an e-mail from our accounts department to confirm your termination request.
*Please note that as specified in our Terms & Conditions, subscribers who wish to terminate their accounts should give us ONE-MONTH PRIOR NOTICE. The termination date will be one month after the next renewal date of the service period.
What can I do if I wish to reactivate my service?

If your service end date is not yet expired, you can re-activate your service by filling the Service Reactivation Form and fax back to us. Please contact our Customer Service Hotline (852) 2111 7772 to obtain the form. If your service end date is already expire, you have to re-apply a new service again and another username.

What can I do if I wish to change my personal information such as credit card details, e-mail address etc.?

Please call our Customer Service Hotline should you wish to change any of your personal information.
