Currently, we offer English, Traditional and Simplified
Chinese versions for QPI-Mobile. You need to download the J2ME application

What is "Stock Info"? |

Do you have bid/ask queues in the "Stock Info"? |

We do not provide bid/ask queues

What is streaming service? |

Streaming service means the data
will be updated automatically. |
Can I turn off the streaming service and manually update the data instead?

YES. Streaming service can be turned off from the QPI-Mobile
menu by selecting "Streaming Off". Data will now be updated
only when you change the stock number in each page or select "Refresh"
from the menu.

How do I know whether the streaming function is on
or not? |

If the streaming function is ON, an antenna icon will
be displayed on the top-right hand corner of the page.

How can I change stock? |
|

You can change stock by clicking the stock number on the number pad and
then the "#" key after that.

How can I delete the number I have typed in the input
box? |
|

You can click the left arrow key on the bottom arrow pad to delete the
number in the input box.

Do you provide quotes for stock markets in other countries
like U.S.A. and China? |

Currently, we only offer Hong Kong stock quotes in this
service package.

Where can I see the Hang Seng Index? |

You can see the Hang Seng Index and its family indices
by choosing "HS Indices" from the menu.

Do you have Hang Seng Futures or Options? |

Hang Seng Futures and Options are not provided in this
service package.

What kinds of CHARTS do you have and how can I see
them? |

We have Intraday and Candlestick
charts for all stocks and Hang Seng Index. You can select them from the
menu under "Stock Intraday", "Stock Candlestick", "HSI
Intraday" or "HSI Candlestick". |
What is "Company News"? |

"Company News" provides financial news of the
stock you are currently viewing.

Why is the "Company News" only display a
short sentence? |

The "Company News" and "Financial News"
are provided by Dow Jones Newswire.

Where do the "Company News" and "Financial News" come
from? |

Since all subscribers can access
our service through internet all over the world even on vocation leave or
business trip, we don't offer suspension service right now. |
Do you provide World Indices or Forex? |

What does the (*#) in front of each item in the menu
do? |

the desired page by clicking the "*" key and then the appropriate
number on the bottom number pad.
For example, if you want to see the "Stock Intraday" while watching
the "Stock Info" page, you can click the "*5" to switch
to the "Stock Intraday" page. |

What is the difference between "Save and Exit"
and "Exit"? |
|
"Save and Exit" will save the stock number you
last looked at and then quit the program. When you login next time, it
will display that stock number in the "Stock Info" page.
Whereas clicking "Exit" will just quit the program without saving
any stock number you are looking at.

Can I save the data in my handset? |
|
No data can be saved in the handset.
|
Where does the data come from? |
|
The QPI-Mobile application currently supports the following
models: Nokia 3650, 6610, 6100, 7210, 7250, 7650, Sony Ericsson P800,
P802, Sharp GX12, Motorola T720 and additional models in the future.
However, each model needs to download the appropriate QPI-Mobile J2ME
application.

Is installation needed? |

YES, installation is quick and easy. Once your handset
is connected to the Internet through GPRS, you can download our program
and installed into your handset. For details, please refer to our "QPI-Mobile
Installation Guide" for the specific handset model.

1. Select "Edit" and then "Preferences" in the browser

2. Choose the "Advanced" tab at the bottom,
3. Click the "Clear cache" in this page to clear the cache. |

I have problem viewing the Chinese on the handset? |

If you are using the English version, you need to download the QPI-Mobile
J2ME application for Traditional Chinese language in order to view Chinese.
For P800 handset's Chinese version, some Chinese characters cannot be properly
displayed (known problem of the handset). To solve the problem, you will
need to change the handset language to English. |
