Requirements

In order to use QPI-Mobile FX, you need to have a J2ME (Java 2 Platform, Micro Edition) mobile handset which is GPRS-enabled:

Internet Connection

At least 40 kbps is required, e.g. GPRS.

IMPORTANT: Please be reminded that the data streaming of QPI-Mobile FX service requires transmission of data back and forth from QuotePower's server to your handset, thus incurs GPRS costs which are charged by your mobile network operator. We recommend you subscribe to their bundled GPRS packages to enjoy the best rates according to your usage patterns.

* QPI-Mobile for HP iPAQ hx4700 series and Dell Axim Handhelds requirements:
Running QPI-Mobile service for the above models requires WebSphere Everyplace Micro Environment MIDP 2.0 for Windows Mobile 2003 software.
It can be purchased from here. A trail version is available for testing from the site.

SMS Disclaimer:
1. QPI is not responsible if a short message (SMS) is unable to reach the recipient on time or is unable to reach the recipient at all due to the following external factors:
  a. The message box of the recipient's mobile phone is full
  b. The recipient's mobile service operator does not support SMS service
  c. The recipient's mobile phone number is invalid or is not a local number, only Hong Kong phone number is accepted
  d. The message is lost at the mobile operator's system due to unknown reason
  e. The recipient turns off the mobile phone
  f. The recipient is not in Hong Kong when the short message is sent out
  g. The mobile service operator's short message system is out of order
2. All short messages sent from QPI to the recipient are chargeable regardless of whether the recipient receives them on their handset. QPI reserves the rights to make the final decision on charging the short messages.
