It is especially tailored-made for users in the Asia Pacific region. QPI-Mobile FX currently provides major worldwide and asian exchange rates, cross rates, bullion prices, market commentary, and Dow Jones FX news with features including intra-day charts, daily High-Low-Close charts, and SMS price alerts, etc. The service is available in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese languages. Currently, 2 service packages are offered to our customers: "Xtra" and "Basic".

QPI-Mobile FX "Xtra" provides to professional investors real-time streaming FX quotes as well as indepth Dow Jones FX and money market news. QPI-Mobile FX "Basic" provides to retail investors real-time streaming FX quotes with market commentaries. QPI-Mobile FX is developed using J2ME (Java 2 Platform, Micro Edition), the most advanced Java technology, to allow the service to be supported on many devices that are equipped with the appropriate Java Virtual Machine. QPI-Mobile FX is especially designed with an efficient data compression algorithm so that information pushed to your mobile device is most optimized to save your packet cost.

Major FX Rates	Major FX Rates are provided with BID, ASK, HIGH, and LOW information.
Cross Rates	Major worldwide and asian cross rates are provided.
Bullion Rates	Bullion Rates are provided including London Gold, London Silver, Platinum as well as Hong Kong 99 Gold, 9999 Gold and 999 Silver.
Deposit Rates	Bank Deposit Rates (from 1 week to 12 months) are provided for the major currencies for your references.
Dow Jones News	Dow Jones Newswires provides in-depth news in the following categories: FX News Precious Metal News Dow Jones news is only offered in the "Xtra" service package.
Market Commentaries	FX and bullion Chinese commentaries are provided by known market participants throughout trading hours. This feature is only offered in the "Basic" service package.
Intra-day Charts	Intra-day Charts provide the intra-day price trend of an FX or bullion quote.
High-Low-Close Chart	Daily High-Low-Close Charts provide the historical daily chart of an FX or bullion quote. Simple moving average lines of 10-day, 20-day, and 50-day are also plotted on top of the chart.
SMS Price Alert	SMS Price Alert allows you to set up to 10 price limits for monitoring your favourite FX rates and bullion prices. When a price limit is reached, a short message (SMS) is sent to your registered phone number. Currently, only Hong Kong phone numbers are supported. This feature is provided as a value-added service.
Streaming ON/OFF	You are given the option to turn on or off the data streaming (by default, the streaming is off on first use). With Streaming On, all page quotes are updated automatically. With Streaming Off, however, all quotes are updated only on switch to a new price page or when the Refresh is pressed. This Streaming Off mode is useful if you wish to save the transmission costs (GPRS costs) in sending/receiving data packets.
Languages	QPI-Mobile FX supports English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese languages. Each language will require a separate application installation. Note: it is required that your handset supports your desired language.

Licensing

Once you are subscribed to QPI-Mobile FX, you will receive a single license meaning you will be granted an active login session at any one time.
